Lucy Quick is a certified High-Performance Coach and Workplace Trainer on a mission to empower high achievers through wellbeing, psychological safety and high performance. Her transformative approach is deeply rooted in her personal journey—from burnout and rock bottom to a life fully reimagined. This experience inspired her to found Thrivalist, a successful online sobriety coaching platform that supported thousands worldwide in achieving meaningful life changes before she sold it in 2023.

Ten years ago, Lucy was on track for a promising corporate career. However, without healthy coping mechanisms, and struggling with self-destructive habits and low self-worth, she experienced burnout and ultimately hit rock bottom with alcohol dependency. Realising the need for a complete transformation, Lucy rebuilt her life step by step, replacing unhealthy habits with empowering choices.
